Good to be back home

Hey Backyard Poultry Buffs,

Sorry for the long delay between posts. After two weeks on the road I'm just getting back home. I'm really looking forward to a good nights sleep in my own bed tonight. If you listen to the radio show on a regular basis then you know all about my trip. If you don't listen regularly let me bring you up to date.

It was planned as a work vacation, but if you have ever had one of those you know that it ends up being more work than vacation. The first part of the trip was more vacation than work, but I still was able to broadcast live every day at 12:00pm. Ormond Beach was beautiful and I had a chance to visit with family. I had a hard time finding wireless Internet access so it was a bit tricky staying on top of everything. On Thursday, July 24th I was in Palm Beach broadcasting live from Red Barn Feed & Supply store. Then that evening I taught a "Getting Started with Backyard Poultry" class to about 35 of their customers. Palm Beach was amazing and I lost count of how many Rolls Royce automobiles I saw. Then on to Savannah to broadcast live from GQF headquarters. I saw more family there and a a couple of days to truly relax. After four hours on the road today I'm back home and getting settled.

I would like to thank Purina, Red Barn Feed & Supply, and GQF for a wonderful trip. I really met some great people and look forward to visiting again.

Thank you for stopping by today!
